TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
1. Acceptance as a Member
The Manager shall have absolute discretion upon whether to accept an applicant for membership. All applicants must be 16 years or over.
2. Members Conduct
A Member and where appropriate her guest must:
(a) Show consideration for other members/guests and staff in and around the club.
(b) Not behave in an anti-social or disruptive manner.
3. Physical Condition
The member warrants and represents that she is in good physical condition and is capable of participating in physical exercise.
4. Membership Subscription
(a) Full subscription – one month only, 3 month or 6 month options. Membership will automatically expire at the end of the term. Option to renew membership.
(b) Monthly Continuous Membership payable 1st Monthly by Standing Order. To be set up by Member with their bank. One month cancellation notice.
(c) All membership types payable irrespective of actual usage. No freeze or refund options.
5. Termination of Membership
The Manager may terminate the membership of any member with immediate effect.
If a Member wishes to cancel their monthly Membership, they must give one months, written notice to the club. This must be received before the last working day of the month; the membership will then end on the last working day of the following month.
Members are responsible for ensuring their cancellation letter has been received and accepted and their standing order has been cancelled with their bank.
6. Guest Rules
Guests must be signed in immediately on entering the Club and the appropriate guest fee must be paid. All guests must be 16 years of age or over.
7. Opening Hours
The Clubs normal hours of operation will be displayed at the Club Reception. Members may use the facilities anytime during the hours of operation. At the Managers discretion the Club will close for official bank holidays.
8. Personal Property
The Club accepts no responsibility for the loss/damage of Members property in or around the Club.
9. Membership Card
On joining the Club, Members will be issued with their own Personal Membership card. This Card may not be transferred or given to anyone to use other than the named Member.
If the Member misplaces their card, a £5 card fee will be charged for the replacement.
Members must bring their Membership card with them each time they visit the Club.
10. Class Booking
Class numbers are limited. Class Bookings will work on a 1st come – 1st served basis. Studio passes will be available from reception prior to the class starting.
