BodyBar – 30 minute sessions

Body Bar is an all over body toning class with the use of a weights bar. Also known as Body Pump but Ladybird Fitness classes are more women friendly by offering a number of different weight bars.

This class is ideal for beginners who are new to body bar and want a class that is over and done with before you know it.
