TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

1. Acceptance as a Member
The manager shall have absolute discretion upon whether to accept an applicant for membership.
All applicants must be 16 years or over.

2. Member’s Conduct
A Member and where appropriate her guest must:
(a) Show consideration for other members/guests and staff in and around the Club.
(b) Not behave in an anti-social or disruptive manner.

3. Physical Condition
A Member and where appropriate her guest must: (a) Show consideration for other members/guests and staff in and around the Club. (b) Not behave in an anti-social or disruptive manner.

4. Joining Fee and Membership Subscription
(a) Members will pay a Joining Fee which will be a once only payment providing the Membership stays current.
(b) Members shall pay either monthly by standing order or annually.
(c) Monthly or annual subscription shall be payable by each Member irrespective of the actual usage of the Club.

5. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
The manager may terminate the Membership of any Member with immediate effect. If a Member wishes to cancel their Membership they must give one months written notice to the Club. This must be-recelved before the last working day of the month, the Membership will then end on the last working day of the following month. Members are responsible for ensuring their cancellation letter has been received and accepted and their standing order has been cancelled with their bank.

6. Guest Rules
Guests must be signed in by a Member immediately on entering the Club and the appropriate guest fee must be paid. A Member can bring a maximum of 3 guests at anyone time. All guests must be 16 years of age or over.

7. Opening Hours
The Clubs normal hours of operation will be displayed at the Club Reception. Members may use the facilities any time during the hours of operation. At the Manager’s discretion the Club will close for official bank holidays.

8. Personal Property
The Club accepts no responsibility for the loss/damage of Member’s property.

9. Membership Card
On joining the Club Members will be issued with their own personal Membership Card. This card may not be transferred or given to anyone to use other than the named Member. If the Member misplaces their card a £5 card fee will be charged for a replacement. Members must bring their Membership Card with them each time they visit the Club.

10. Class Booking
Class numbers are limited, class booking will work on a 1st come 1st served basis. Studio passes will be issued 15 minutes prior to a class starting.
